Bleep Test Lite is from the developers of the original Team Bleep Test software for PC which was first released in 2004 and is now used by premier national league teams for many sports around the world.

OVERVIEW
Bleep Test Lite allows you to run a bleep test with ease. An on screen running man shows real time progression of the test and the VO2 Max, total distance and current stage and laps are all displayed and updated as you run.

BLEEP TIMING
Accurate timing when running the bleep test is vital to get an accurate assessment of individual player fitness. On our range of bleep test apps, we guarantee the timing of the bleeps are correct to 1/100th of a second as tested on iPhone and iPod Touch devices.

Its a great app... Great price, and it does bleep if you turn your volume up!

Nice and simple app, one of the better beep test apps on the store. Wish I saw this before I spent $4.00 on a crappy one.

You get a good test It would be nice to have it recorded for you.

My Fitness teacher uses this a lot and is amazing how good you can get!

This beep test is pretty decent, Im using it to prep for my OACT test and its been reliable and efficient.

Some bad moments

I dont know what this app uses but its not standard beep test shuttles. Please use a standard like Australian Sports Commission or provide a chart of shuttle counts.

Bought the app twice. Still wont work. Automatically shuts down forcing you to buy again tried to contact developers for support, no response after several attempts. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME

Wont launch, pauses in the middle of iteration 6, and worth not more than I paid - nothing

Worked well for the first couple weeks, now both the Paid and Free version have broken. A white box covers the whole menu not allowing you to click on anything.

For a free app its pretty good. I dont think you can track your results but it serves the purpose of a basic beep test.

This App really works for training for rugby, and this visual aspect helps keep you paced well so that you dont have breaks in your workout.
